As each piece is made just for you, I can't accept returns for a change of mind – but if anything arrives damaged, faulty or personalised incorrectly, I'll always put it right.

Shipping & Returns
Made to order and dispatched within 1-2 working days. UK delivery by Royal Mail 2nd Class (usually 2-3 working days): £3.50, or free on orders over £25.
Personalised items cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded. If your order arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us and we will put it right.
