Frequently asked questions

How does personalisation work?

Pop your names, dates or wording into the personalisation box on the product page before you add to basket. We print exactly what you enter, so please check your spelling carefully before you order.

How long will my order take?

Everything is made to order. We make and dispatch each order within 1–2 working days, then it travels by Royal Mail 2nd Class, which usually takes 2–3 working days.

How much is delivery?

Delivery within the UK is £3.50, or free on orders over £25.

Do you deliver outside the UK?

Not at the moment. We currently deliver to UK addresses only.

What are the ornaments like?

Our ornaments are ceramic and measure roughly 7cm. They arrive in a jute gift bag with your choice of ribbon colour. Most designs are single sided with a plain white back.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Because every item is personalised and made to order, we can't cancel or change an order once it has been placed. Please double-check your details before you check out.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Personalised items can't be returned, exchanged or refunded. If your order arrives faulty or damaged, please get in touch and we will put it right.

Can I order for Christmas?

Yes! Order early and we'll make and dispatch your order within 1–2 working days.
