Refund policy

Returns, exchanges and refunds

Every Bee and Blush item is made to order and personalised with your own names, dates and wording. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges or offer refunds on personalised items, including if you change your mind or make a mistake in the wording you enter.

Please check before you order
Double-check your names, dates, spelling and ribbon colour before you check out. We print exactly what you enter in the personalisation box.

Faulty or damaged items
Your statutory rights are not affected. If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us with your order number and a photo of the item and packaging, and we will put it right with a replacement or refund.

Cancelling or changing an order
Because we start making your order quickly, we can't cancel or change it once it's placed. If you spot a mistake straight away, contact us immediately and we'll do our best to help before production starts.
